Calder Associates must attest to your viability to enter into a prospective transaction by reviewing preliminary information that gives us insight into your character and into your professional and financial credentials. We DO NOT share specific details about you (in particular financial) with a business owner, but at the appropriate time will discuss a summary of your professional capability and overall financial summary.

If you leave key information out of the forms, the SYSTEM will not register you and you will not receive any information on target companies requested. DO NOT call our office to ask for special dispensation, as there is no way around the automated process of registration and initial information provision.
