Fail Safe Testing completes Acquisition

Fail Safe Testing (FST), a NJ corporation specializing in providing mandated tested services for state, and municipal fire related services completed the acquisition of Waterway Inc. Northern Division. Waterway (DBA Failsafe Fire Hose Testing) is the nation’s largest provider of fire hose testing services.

FST, provides testing services to over 500 state, municipal and commercial fire districts and stations and tests over 5 million feet of hose annually in 5 states in the northeast USA. FST is the largest provider of specialized testing services in the United States. Calder Associates acted as the intermediary in this acquisition, and worked with Fail Safe Fire Hose Testing over the prior three years in helping to develop and execute their multi-state expansion plans.
