Rosner Earns CBI Certification

Newtown, Pennsylvania, Susan Rosner, an intermediary and Managing Partner with Calder Associates, has received the prestigious International Business Broker Association’s “Certified Business Intermediary” (CBI) designation.

To qualify for the certification, Rosner had to:
• Successfully complete a regimen of specialized education courses. Courses included ethics, financial analysis, business pricing and valuation, legal and tax classes.
• Pass a certification exam covering detail aspects of ethics, tax law, government lending, financial analysis, business valuation, and Business Pricing and negotiations.
• Agree to follow the IBBA’s Code of Ethics and submit personal references.

In addition, Rosner will be required to participate in continuing professional development activities.
