Stephen Wain, CBI, M&AMI, was interviewed in the NJBiz special periodical on Mergers and Acquisition trends in New Jersey for their 2009 edition issued in April.

The article, entitled "Opportunity and Adversity" focused on the use of corporate acqusitions as a means to position a company for future growth. A copy of the article will be included in an upcoming Calder Associates Business Matters newletter.
